Guidelines & Policies

As I am solo working from home I have a few guidelines in place to ensure a smooth working day:

• Please arrive on time for your
appointment, I don’t have a waiting room and may not be able to come to the door right away, too early arrival may result you waiting outside or in your car

•There is ample on street parking but please be mindful of residents driveways and dropped curbs

•Please allow no less than 24 hours if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge which will be added to your next appointment.

•Certain treatments will require a non-refundable deposit.

•Treatments such as facial peels, eyelash and brow tinting and eyelash lifting will require a patch test 48 hrs prior to the treatment. This will be discussed when the
initial treatment is booked.
